The Classic receiver is a one or two collar system with
preset frequencies. The Classic features a collar fine tuner
for the best reception possible. A near button feature
comes standard for pin pointing ciose dogs.
A row of 11 led lights changes colors from green(good)
to yellow (caution) to red (stop) to indicate the best
signal strenght. The FCC rates the system as 12 miles line of sight
with 2.5 - 4 miles normal inthe ozark mountains,and
4-7 miles in rolling mid-western terrain, and the full
12 miles in areas like west texas.
